<p>An amazing low calorie chicken recipe. Immidiate to cook and serve.<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients: </strong></p>
<p>8 medium pieces (about 800 grams) of chicken<br />
2 tablespoon(s) peppercorns coarsely powdered<br />
salt to taste<br />
2 teaspoon(s) ginger paste<br />
2 teaspoon(s) garlic paste<br />
1 teaspoon(s) hot spice mix (garam masala) powder<br />
3 tablespoons oil<br />
2 tablespoons Sukhi Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)<br />
2 Lemons juice<br />
4 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves finely chopped<br />
4 Long strips slices of Onion<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Directions: </strong></p>
<p>1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the pepper, salt, half the ginger, garlic and garam masala powder (hot spice mix) for atleast 2 hours.</p>
<p>2. Heat half the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Shallow fry the marinated chicken on medium heat for about 4 minutes or till golden brown on both sides. Remove on to a paper towel and keep warm.</p>
<p>3. Add the remaining oil (or only required amount) to the pan and heat it.</p>
<p>4. Add the Onion. Saute briefly till the raw smell goes.</p>
<p>5. Add the chicken pieces, coriander leaves and the remaining garam masala powder (hot spice mix).</p>
<p>6. Stir in some hot water if required and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 12 minutes or till the chicken pieces are well cooked.</p>
<p>7. If the chicken is not yet cooked and the gravy looks dry, add some hot water little by little as required whilst stirring.</p>
<p>8. Put Dry Fenugreek (Methi) leaves. Cover and cook on low heat till done.</p>
<p>9. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and a sprinkling of freshly milled Pepper. Put Lemon juice to add more to its taste.</p>

<p>This is a delicious snack to eat and serve. This can be also known as king of vegeterian snacks.</p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients: </strong></p>
<p>1 cup kaala chana (chana should be boiled, water should be dried in chana)</p>
<p>1 teaspoon garlic paste</p>
<p>1 teaspoon ginger paste</p>
<p>Salt, pepper, green chilies according to taste</p>
<p>Half teaspoon ajinomoto (chinese salt)</p>
<p>2 teaspoon cornflour (for binding)</p>
<p>Some fresh chopped coriander</p>
<p>1 beaten egg for Binding (Optional, can be replaced with Bread Crumbs)<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>1. Take a bowl. Mash the chanas.</p>
<p>2. Mix all the ingredients in the chanas.</p>
<p>3. Make small tikkis of the batter.</p>
<p>4. Take a non-stick pan. Spread some oil on it.</p>
<p>5. Put the tikkis on it.</p>
<p>6. Do up side down till golden brown.<br />

<p>It is a recipe of layered cake, very delicious to eat.</p>
<p>It is not easily available in the market. It is a homemade recipe.<br />

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>16 Slices of bread</p>
<p>Ingredients for chicken layer recipe</p>
<p>Boil half k.g. boneless chicken. Shred into small pieces</p>
<p>2 onions finely chopped</p>
<p>2 green chilies finely chopped</p>
<p>Salt and pepper according to taste</p>
<p>A pinch of ajinomoto</p>
<p>1 teaspoon oil<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Take a pan put oil, put onions till transparent . Put chilies, shredded chicken, salt, pepper, ajinomoto, stir it.</p>
<p>Chicken recipe is done.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Ingredients for potato layer recipe:</strong></p>
<p>3 potatotes (boiled, peeled and chopped and mashed)</p>
<p>2 green chillies (finely chopped)</p>
<p>1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)</p>
<p>Juice of 1/2 lemon</p>
<p>1 tsp cumin seeds</p>
<p>Salt to taste</p>
<p>2 tbsp oil</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>1. Heat oil and saute cumin seeds.</p>
<p>2. Now add mashed potatoes and chillies to it.</p>
<p>3. Stir and fry for about 5 minutes.</p>
<p>4. Add lemon juice, salt and coriander. Mix well.</p>
<p>5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.</p>
<p>Potato recipe is done.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Ingredients for green peas layer:</strong></p>
<p>Tablespoons butter</p>
<p>1/2 cup nonfat dry milk</p>
<p>2 tablespoons flour</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>1/4 teaspoon pepper</p>
<p>1 cup warm water</p>
<p>1cup boiled peas<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan.</p>
<p>2. Remove from heat. Add non-fat dry milk, flour, salt, and pepper.</p>
<p>3. Stir until well mixed. Gradually add warm water. Stir until smooth.</p>
<p>4. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add boiled peas.<br />

<p>Now the recipes are ready.</p>

<p><strong>How to prepare bread cake&#8230;&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>1. Take a round medium size steel vessel. Greese it properly.</p>
<p>2. Join 4 breads in the vessel.</p>
<p>3. Spread chicken recipe layer on it.</p>
<p>4. Again join 4 breads on it. Spread potato recipe layer on it.</p>
<p>5. Again join 4 breads on it. Spread peas recipe layer on it.</p>
<p>6. Again join 4 breads on it. Cut the thinly sliced tomatoes on it.</p>
<p>7. Put some grated cheese on it. Cover the vessel with a lid.</p>
<p>8. Steam it in a steamer or ina big container putting some water in it. Steam it for 2 minutes.</p>
<p>9. Take out the vessel. Put the vessel up side down on a plate.</p>
<p>10. Take out the layered cake on a plate.<br />

<p><strong>Serve hot. (can be served in the breakfast or brunch)</strong></p>
